What you get
We design and build the website described in your plan and scope discussion. Prices are one-time and cover the work in that scope. Things not listed in the scope — new pages, new features, extra revisions — are quoted separately before we start them.
What we need from you
- Your text, photos and contact details, so the site can be built and launched.
- A clear idea of what your business does, if you have one — we'll help you shape it.
- Access to your domain registrar or hosting account when it's time to go live.
Payment
We take 50% advance before work starts, to book your slot and begin. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live. Details are confirmed in writing for every project. The advance is non-refundable once work has begun.
Revisions
Every plan includes 2 rounds of revisions to get the site right. Structural changes — a different layout, a rewritten page purpose — count as new work and are quoted separately.
Domains and hosting
Domain and hosting are billed separately at actual cost, paid by you directly to the registrar or host, or through us at the same price. You own your domain and content. We keep working copies for backup and maintenance for 30 days after project completion, then they are removed from our systems.
Ownership
Full ownership of the website transfers to you once the final payment is received.
Support after launch
Support covers bug fixes on what we built, for the period stated in your plan. It does not cover new pages or features — those are quoted as paid add-ons.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the advance is retained to cover work already done. Any additional work completed beyond the advance amount will be invoiced separately.
Our side of the bargain
We deliver on time, keep you informed, and use plain language. If we make a mistake, we fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
